SAM: I think this is the best one... minimum furniture.. but did you notice.. its the floor thats making all the difference... wooden flooring for our common areas... which comes to roughly 405 SQ FT... @ min. 140 per SQ FT... do the math... but that could make all the difference. (405 SQ FT is FOYER + HALL + DINING + WASH BASIN AREA)
Cool ones yeah??? real contemporary, look at the ceiling... sama check with fazli if theres anyway to have a false ceiling thats low on maintenence and long lasting.

i'll check with fazli.. about the flase ceiling.. even if it mean only say 2 feet running along the walls with spot lights inset.. should be okay i guess..
