Think something that would enhance the windows... thats THE part of the wall thats seen as u enter kitchen and bcos of sunlight, shelves may just get shadowed... how bout black blinds on windows??? i think that'll look cool.. what say?
Since the cooking range is sitting just in front of the window... somehow blinds will be a high maintenance issue. i'm not able to think of anything right now... but i guess we need to put the whole wall into somekind of continuity... perhaps get a small hieght cabinet to go run along the upper part of the window... and a pillar in between have a full length as other cabinets
How bout having glass doored cabinet in front of the windows. glass at the back as well which would let the sunlight in. have the cabinets cover half the windows..
the cabinet over the sink should have a meshed base, so that washed utensils (palets and cups) could directly go there instead of a drainer. moreover have the mesh base have plate and cup holders. nausheen check all these and update these posts
